Shipping and Return Policy


Before you read the details below, please know that we want happy customers. Should you not be happy with our products or services, please let us know and we will do what we can to win you over again:

We aim to ship our products worldwide (more or less...) within 2-3 days of receiving payment. Realistically this means that you will receive your order within 10-15 days of purchase. There are no secrets that shipping represents a significant part of our costs. We are based in the Netherlands and try to be as accurate as possible at estimating shipping fees, but in principal, the further away you live the pricier it gets.

Duties and Taxes
We declare the content and value of our shipments as per industry standards. Orders outside of the Netherlands maybe subject to VAT, import duties/taxes. These additional charges must be rendered by you in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you are not happy with your purchase we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, complete with labels. It is the buyers responsibility to return the goods, so make sure to pack the item well and use a reliable shipping service with tracking. If these conditions are not met we will charge a fee for a not approved return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We are confident in our quality, but should we ever fail please email: (including your order receipt). Please do this within 14 days of receiving the goods. The more details you can provide the better (please include photos).

The wrong size 

In case you think that you ended up ordering the wrong size despite following our size guide: give it away to someone bigger/smaller than you and send us an email about it and we'll try to compensate you on your next order! This way, everyone wins!

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Important: Please note that for all orders we estimate shipping fees and cannot refund return shipping fees. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are sorry for this inconvenience, this is one area that we are working on improving. We are well aware that some of the big brands out there are able to offer a more generous return policy than we are at the moment.
